You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS
Orders cannot be edited once processing begins

High-demand seasons
Appina Sanitary Wares is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics companies.
3.6 Risk of Loss & Ownership
Ownership of items transfers to the customer when:
Full payment is received
The item is delivered to your address or collected by you
Risk of damage passes to the buyer upon delivery.

Normal wear and tear
Damages caused after successful delivery
For sanitary wares, professional installation is strongly recommended.

Refuse service to any customer engaging in suspicious activity
