At Appina Sanitary Wares, we aim to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, our Returns & Refunds Policy outlines how we can help.


1.1 Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product delivered is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is missing parts or accessories

  • The product differs significantly from what was advertised

Returns must be requested within 48–72 hours of delivery.


1.2 Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been installed or used

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery

  • Items without original packaging, manuals, or accessories

  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective at delivery)


1.3 Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Provide your order number, photos/video of the issue, and a brief description

  3. Our team will review your claim within 24–48 hours

  4. If approved, we will arrange pickup or instruct you on the return procedure


1.4 Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method

  • Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error


1.5 Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will:

  • Provide a replacement item of equal value

  • Or allow you to top-up for a higher-priced item

Exchanges depend on stock availability.


1.6 Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled if:

  • The item has not yet been processed or shipped

  • You contact us immediately after placing the order

Once shipping has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
